Manchester United are watching Leicester City midfielder Youri Tielemans.

The Mirror says United are ready to battle with Tottenham for the signature of Tielemans.

The on-loan AS Monaco midfielder has been a revelation since joining the Foxes in January, scoring twice and laying on three assists.

And £40million could be enough to land Tielemans in the summer, though Leicester boss Brendan Rodgers is reportedly keen to extend the Belgian's time at the King Power Stadium.

The player, still only 21, who was linked with United during his time with Anderlecht in 2017, is claimed to be “receptive" to a longer stay with his current loan club.
