Borussia Monchengladbach striker Alassane Plea is back on the agenda of major Premier League clubs ahead of the summer market.
Plea has been linked with a move to England for the past 18 months.
The Daily Mail says Manchester United and Arsenal are considering Plea as an attacking addition.
It's suggested Gladbach would be willing to sell for €17m amid confusion about the existence of a possible buyout clause in his contract, which runs to 2023.
Across all competitions, Plea has eleven goals and five assists in 36 competitive games.
At United, Plea is viewed as a replacement for unsettled veteran Edinson Cavani, while Arsenal see him as a successor for Alexandre Lacazette, should the France striker be sold.
