Real Madrid midfielder Fede Valverde could be a shock departure this summer.

The Uruguay international has been a revelation for Real this season, establishing himself as a first-choice for coach Zinedine Zidane.

However, Okdiario says Valverde could be squeezed out this summer in order to make room for incoming midfield additions.

Real could cut short the two season loan of Martin Odegaard at Real Sociedad, while Napoli playmaker Fabian Ruiz is also on their radar. And should the pair arrive, it could mean Valverde being moved on.
