Manchester United have dismissed the prospect of Mario Lemina arriving from Southampton.
United have told Southampton they will not be used as the bait to prompt a £30million auction for wantaway star Lemina, says The Sun.
The Saints reportedly linked United with a move for the midfielder - who refused to go on the club's pre-season tour this week - to spark multi-bids.
Arsenal are also chasing the 25-year-old.
Lemina has stayed at home rather than attend Southampton's training camp in Austria.
