Manchester United are preparing to release club captain Ashley Young.
The London Evening Standard says talks over a new deal at United have not taken place and he would be free to speak to clubs outside of England from January.
Young is United's club captain and while he is versatile and can play down both wings, his route into the team is set to be blocked by Wan-Bissaka, Luke Shaw, Diogo Dalot and Brandon Williams.
The club elected to hand Young a one-year contract extension at the end of last season given his invaluable experience in what is fast becoming a young dressing room at United.
But Aaron Wan-Bissaka arrived from Crystal Palace for £50million in the summer and has established himself as the first choice right back under Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.
