Manchester United have reached personal terms with PSV Eindhoven winger Cody Gakpo.

Football Insider says United have reached an 'agreement in principle' with Gakpo.

United already have an agreement in place with the Dutch forward but still need to work on completing a deal with his club.

PSV are resigned to selling Gakpo in January and are seeking a starting price of €60m.

The 23 year-old is currently with Holland at the World Cup.
