Manchester United striker Marcus Rashford believes a huge boost from preseason is how the team has shared the goalscoring.

The 10 goals United have plundered in their five pre-season games have come from seven different players, which is a huge plus according to Rashford.

“That's important," said Rashford. “If one person is scoring all the goals, you get a different feeling as a team than if all the forwards are contributing. It's definitely a good feeling and it keeps us all on our toes."

United host Chelsea in their Premier League opener on August 11, followed by a trip to Wolves, where they lost twice last season, in the league and FA Cup.

“It's definitely a tough start," said Rashford. “It's the start of the season and we're raring to go. Everyone is looking forward to that. We've got one more game where we can really put a shift in and we'll be in good condition when the season starts."
