Man Utd ace Pogba stunned by Real Madrid attitude in negotiations

Manchester United midfielder Paul Pogba has been taken aback by the attitude of Real Madrid in negotiations.

L'Equipe says while Real coach Zinedine Zidane has assured Pogba he is a transfer priority for him, the midfielder doesn't get the same feeling from those in charge of talks.

Indeed, the attitude shown by Real representatives has been described as "brutal", with it being no secret that president Florentino Perez is unenthusiastic about bringing Pogba to Madrid this summer.

The revelation arrives just hours after a high-level Real source warned Pogba and agent Mino Raiola about his contract demands.

The boardroom insider stated: "If a Neymar or a (Kylian) Mbappé comes, we can easily give them €20m net annually because they are huge global stars.

"But a player like Pogba, as good as he is, cannot land like that and become at once the best paid man.

"He must think and make those who advise him think."
