Manchester City are set to announce a transfer move for a young player from a local rival.

The Citizens are within days of confirming the signing of Manchester United starlet Harrison Parker.

The 17-year-old is one who United were desperate to keep at Old Trafford, but were unable to convince him to stay.

United offered a record deal for a youth player and were still unable to make Parker change his mind.

Per Fabrizio Romano, City will soon announce the deal as complete, with another young player arriving as well.

The Citizens, who are known for having an outstanding academy, are signing West Ham United's Divine Mukasa.
