Manchester City winger David Silva expects Fernando Torres to be up for Liverpool in tomorrow night's clash.
They were both part of the squad that helped Spain win the World Cup in South Africa after an extra-time victory against Holland.
"I would rather play with Torres than against him, " Silva told Sky Sports' Barclays Premier League preview show.
"We all know that Fernando is a very good player. At any moment he can win the match."
