Manchester City winger Jesus Navas says manager Manuel Pellegrini treats every player the same.

Pellegrini guided City to victory in the Capital One Cup final on Sunday.

"It's his way of working, his integrity, his ability to get the best out of every player in every game, that's the key thing," he said.

"He knows what the team needs at every moment and especially how to use the football - that's important for us."
