Hertha Berlin are on the brink of signing Manchester City winger Javairo Dilrosun.

The Dutch prospect, 19, touched down in Berlin over the weekend to finalise terms with Hertha management, says BILD. Dilrosun has already passed a Hertha medical and is ready to sign terms.

The former Ajax winger rejected a new contract offer from City and can now join Hertha on a Bosman agreement.

Dilrosun, an U20 international, managed just 12 appearances with City's U23 team this season.
