Manchester City wing-back Oleks Zinchenko has taken a formal role with the Ukrainian FA.

Zinchenko has been added to the executive committee of the FA, the UAF website reports.

The new executive committee also includes Viktor Mezheiko, Eugene Dikiy, Taras Gerula and Vasily Zatorsky. The first vice-presidents of the UAF appointed are Alan Pliev and Anatoly Demyanenko.

Earlier it emerged that the head coach of the Ukrainian national team Andriy Shevchenko had extended his contract with the federation until the end of 2022.
