Manchester City wing-back Oleksandr Zinchenko says Phil Foden is now the best young player in Europe.

Zinchenko was full of praise for his Blues teammate ahead of tonight's Carabao Cup clash with Fulham.

"I think he is the most talented young player in Europe right now," he said.

“For him it is so important to stay humble, work hard every day. He's growing up."

Zinchenko says it would be foolish to underestimate a side as well-organised as Fulham.

“Of course, it's going to be a tough game because Fulham play well," he said.

“They are defensively organised very well, and always against them it is not so easy."
