Manchester City will allow Sergio Aguero to leave on his own terms, it has been revealed.
The Daily Mail says as reward for his legendary status at the club, City are prepared to let him decide how and when he leaves the club.
Aguero is 31 has previously spoken of his desire to end his career at boyhood club Independiente in his homeland Argentina,
He will be approaching his 33rd birthday when his current contract expires next summer, so that could be a natural time for Aguero to leave City.
However, while it appears that the clock is ticking on his City career, club chiefs are reluctant to make concrete moves to recruit a replacement while Aguero is still at the Etihad.
