Manchester City striker Sergio Aguero has revisited his controversial departure from Atletico Madrid eight years ago.
Aguero was also a target for Real Madrid at the time, though says City's Argentine contingent convinced him about moving to England.
He explained, "I knew that I was not going to continue at Atlético Madrid.
"I was waiting to see what was the best option for me, especially in relation to the way I play. City was interested and Roberto Mancini, the coach, called me.
"There were other Argentineans here, (Carlos) Tévez and (Pablo) Zabaleta. I decided to come, and I think I did well."
