Manchester City striker Gabriel Jesus has cooled talk of a move to Bayern Munich.

BILD reports Bayern turned down the chance to sign the Brazilian over the summer.

The report states City were unwilling to part with Leroy Sane, offering Gabriel instead in a deal that would have been worth less than £89million but Niko Kovac wasn't interested and rejected the deal.

Gabriel quashed the speculation with a simple one word response on Instagram: "Lie."

The Brazil international has made eight appearances for City this season, scoring four goals.
