Man City striker Aguero chooses against taking pitch invader to court

Manchester City ace Sergio Aguero has decided against taking an abusive pitch invader to court.

The Mirror says Aguero will not press charges against the Wigan fan who clashed with him after Manchester City's shock FA Cup defeat.

Aguero is still angry that the supporter was able to run onto the pitch at the DW Stadium and confront him after the final whistle on Monday night.

And it is claimed the individual spat at the Argentina international striker, tried to punch him and verbally abused him.

However, after discussing his options with City's legal team, Aguero has decided against lodging a formal complaint for common assault with the police.
