Bernardo Silva has withdrawn from Portgual's UEFA Nations League tie with Poland on Tuesday night due to injury

The midfielder has now returned to Manchester City for treatment.

In a statement, the Portuguese Football Federation said: "Following medical and diagnostic tests performed by the FPF Health and Performance Unit, player Bernardo Silva was considered unavailable for the meeting against Poland."

It is unknown the nature and severity of Silva's injury.
