Burton Albion have signed Manchester City goalkeeper Richard Martin on-loan.

The 21-year-old has joined the Brewers for the rest of the season and will provide back-up for Saul Deeney at the Pirelli Stadium.

Martin, a former Brighton trainee, has yet to make his competitive debut in professional football.

He was signed by Sven-Goran Eriksson at City and has played for the reserves.
