Manchester City are eyeing Swansea City fullback Angel Rangel.
The 26 year-old was expected to follow manager Roberto Martinez to Wigan Athletic, but the Daily Star Sunday says City boss Mark Hughes intends to offer £4 million for the Spaniard.
