Man City put Sterling, Bernardo on table in Kane talks with Spurs

Manchester City are willing to sacrifice a star to land Tottenham striker Harry Kane.

L'Equipe says Kane is set on leaving his boyhood club this summer and Manchester City is the likely destination for the England captain.

However, with Kane's Spurs deal running until 2024 the side will have to pay an enormous amount to sign him.

It was widely reported in June that Tottenham had rejected an offer of around €115m and so it is thought Pep Guardiola's side will throw in a star player to lower the amount.

England talisman Sterling, Bernardo Silva, Riyad Mahrez and Gabriel Jesus are amongst those in contention to be offered in a part-exchange.
