Manchester City are pushing Philippe Coutinho to drop his personal demands.

Marca says Coutinho has decided he wants to leave Barcelona after just 18 months - and City are one of his potential destinations.

PSG and Chelsea are the other options named, but Liverpool are not thought to be in the running and neither are Manchester United - who were linked with the 27-year-old in January.

The report adds Coutinho does not want to take a pay cut, which may hinder any interest City may have.

But a return to the Northwest would suit the midfielder, having left Liverpool just 18 months ago.
