Manchester City are drawing up a new contract offer for Joao Cancelo.

The Portugal fullback has again been outstanding for City this season.

Italian transfer expert Fabrizio Romano reports Cancelo's progress has convinced City to put together a new, improved deal for his consideration.

The defender's current agreement with Manchester City is valid until June 30, 2025.

City aim to open negotiations with Cancelo towards the end of the season.
