Manchester City are making a sensational move for Napoli defender Kalidou Koulibaly.
After losing Vincent Kompany last summer, City boss Pep Guardiola has found himself short of defensive options.
And Foot Mercato says City are jumping into the battle for Koulibaly.
The defender has long insisted he's happy in Naples, however things have changed dramatically this month after president Aurelio de Laurentiis' clash with the squad over his ritiro demands.
Koulibaly could now be on his way out - and as early as January. It's suggested City would be willing to offer €75m to bring the Senegal international to England.
