Manchester City assistant coach Mikel Arteta took in today's Champions League media conference.
Manager Pep Guardiola is suspended for the game against Lyon.
Arteta said: "He's very disappointed. We all knows how much the Champions League means to him but he had a reaction to something that happened in a big game and they made a decision.
"You wouldn't choose this situation but this is what is happening. I will try to make my best and reduce the impact of not having Pep on the touchline but everything else is absolutely normal."
On working with the manager, Arteta added: "Really good, really easy, very hand-on. He leaves space for everyone to express themselves. We have grown up at Barcelona with the same philosophy and mentality so we've clicked together."
