Manchester City can sign Penarol winger Facu Pellistri to play instantly.

City are leading the race to sign the Uruguayan youngster, with Newcastle United and Real Madrid also keen.

Pellistri's contract carries an affordable €11m buyout clause and the 19 year-old can move to England immediately.

The midfielder has a Spanish grandmother, so can qualify for an EU passport.

An offer has already arrived for Pellistri, though is unlikely to be considered as it's from the MLS.
