Manchester City are moving for Palmeiras winger Ivan Angulo.
Yahoo Esportes! says City have been in touch to propose a partnership with the Brazilian club that could see the Blues bring the youngster to the Premier League in the future.
The 19-year-old only joined Palmeiras on loan earlier this week from Colombian side Envigado, with an option to buy in December, but City are already eyeing the skillful Colombia U20 international.
An unnamed Palmeiras director is quoted saying: “A representative of Manchester City wanted to propose a future agreement.
“We didn't even want to open a conversation. We are not interested in an Angulo partnership at this time."
