Manchester City midfielder Bernardo Silva can understand the frustration of Raheem Sterling.
The England international has declared he'd be open to leaving City in 2022.
Bernardo said: "It's crazy how many good players we have in this squad.
"It's tough when you're not playing the minutes you want. It has happened to me and most of the players here - you have to fight for your place.
"I imagine that it is not easy for the coach to choose the team. We are all important, we are fighting for four competitions, we all want to win and we know how tough it is. It is only possible if everyone is well trained and prepared and does well when they get the chance."
