Manchester City have made a formal offer to Atletico Madrid midfielder Rodrigo.
AS says a contract proposal has been tabled to the player's agents - which he is now considering.
Rodrigo has other offers, though he is now favouring a City move.
The decision is now out of Atletico's hands with City willing to meet Rodrigo's €70m buyout clause.
It's also been revealed City boss Pep Guardiola has spoken to the player about his plans for him next season. Furthermore, Atletico coach Diego Simeone doesn't regard Rodrigo as indispensable.
