Celtic star Patrick Roberts is set to spend three weeks on the sidelines after he suffered a hamstring injury in the midweek Champions League qualifier against Astana.
The 19-year-old winger, who is on loan from Manchester City, was sent for scans on Wednesday which have confirmed that he had suffered a strain in his hamstring.
Roberts is set to miss out on the Scottish Premiership season-opener against Heart of Midlothian, the League Cup clash with Motherwell and the first leg of the Champions League play-off tie.
