Manchester City loanee Lukas Nmecha scored for Anderlecht in a 2-0 win over Cercle Brugge.

The Belgian Super League encounter on Sunday was a good win for the favoured team.

Their 21-year-old Nigerian, playing only his second game for the team, got the first goal in the 36th minute.

He slotted home the penalty after Percy Tau was fouled in the penalty area.

Anderlecth, who are managed by Manchester City legend Vincent Kompany, got the second to kill the game in the 68th minute.

It came through Michael Murillo, who netted from a free kick.
