Bayern Munich defender David Alaba has set his terms to sign with his next club.
Alaba comes off contract in June and is being linked with Juventus, Manchester City and Liverpool.
Alaba, 28, is demanding no less than £280,000-a-week (£13million-a-year) for a renewal which Bayern are refusing to meet.
As he is out of contract next summer it would be in the club's best interest to cash in on him now to prevent him leaving on a free.
This means he can sign a pre-agreement with a new team from January 1 next year.
