Middlesbrough youngster Ben Gibson is interesting Liverpool and Manchester City.
The Sunday Mirror says Liverpool and Manchester City are set to battle for Gibson.
Gibson is a life-long Boro fan, stemming from the fact his uncle is Boro chairman Steve Gibson.
He could command a fee as high as £10million and it is understood that City have joined Liverpool will step up interest in the summer.
