Man City keeper Given eager to hear from Arsenal, Fulham

Manchester City goalkeeper Shay Given is ready to move to Fulham or Arsenal.

Given has been left out of the Timisoara tie as Roberto Mancini gives his defenders another chance to work in front of first-choice keeper Joe Hart.

And now the 34-year-old Irishman is wondering about his next course of action.

A source close to the player told The Sun: "Shay is confused and torn over what to do. He just wants to play.

"Shay is watching the situation at Arsenal and Fulham.

"A loan move might be something he'd consider but he's finding it difficult to know what to do.

"The last thing he wants to do is risk his place in the Republic of Ireland team as he knows they have a great chance of qualifying for Euro 2012."
