Manchester City have flown Israeli youngster Gail Assulin in for talks with hopes he will sign with the club soon.
The former Barcelona youngster, dubbed the 'new Messi, dreams of playing in England and is now one step closer to fulfilling that with City showing plenty of interest.
Eastlands insiders rate the 19-year old very highly and are keen to tie him up to a deal as soon as possible.
Assulin is currently a free agent so would cost City nothing but the catch is he will not be permitted to play in the Premier League just yet.
