Man City goalkeeper Claudio Bravo makes clear his future plans

Manchester City goalkeeper Claudio Bravo insists he's staying next season.

Bravo, 36, has not played for City in almost a year since the 2018 Community Shield win over Chelsea as he suffered a long term injury shortly after.

He told La Tercera: “I am ambitious, in the sense of wanting to aspire to the maximum. I'm in the best team in England and it would be crazy to get out of there.

"I have to be at my club and see what happens later."

Bravo also discussed his international future, having not featured for Chile in over a year. Once again, he did not rule out continuing for his country.

“I've been very clear: I did not quit," he added.

"I made myself available to the manager when he visited me in Manchester, but it didn't depend on me not being there. It's something that was not in my hands."
