Man City to go after Real Madrid midfielder Isco

Manchester City are set to make a play for Real Madrid's Isco.

According to the Daily Mirror, City have identified the 23-year old midfielder as a long-term replacement for David Silva.

Isco, valued at £32million, is believed to be unsettled at the Santiago Bernabeu and could be lured to the Etihad Stadium to reunite with Manuel Pellegrini who signed him from Valencia when he was at the helm at Malaga in 2011.

Isco made 26 La Liga starts under Carlo Ancelotti in the recently-completed season.
