Manchester City full back Joao Cancelo believes that Pep Guardiola is the best manager in the world.

The Portuguese right back is still fighting to earn a regular place in the side after a big money move from Juventus in the summer.

But Cancelo only has positive words to say about his boss Guardiola.

He told reporters at a press conference: "When I came here I came here to learn.

"Pep is the best manager in today's football.

"It's true it took me time but it is important the club wins.

"When I finally had an opportunity to play I did well and the team won."
