Manchester City defender Ruben Dias insists the Treble is still on this season.

City face Tottenham in the Carabao Cup final tomorrow, their hopes of landing an unprecedented Quadruple over after last weekend's FA Cup semi-final defeat to Chelsea.

“We're definitely not 'relieved', because it was something we were aiming for," said Dias, who has been one of City's best players in his debut season following his £65million move from Benfica.

“As I said many times during this season, we start the season with the opportunity to win it all and the more you can push it to the end, the better you are doing.

“Obviously we weren't happy about the FA Cup semi-final, but you've just got to hang on tight and keep moving forward, because we're still in three competitions.

“That's just football, that's the way it is. You win or you lose and, because we've been so good so far, now it's all finals. Every game is a final.

“If you don't get a good result, you're out. It's tremendous work from the team. We just need to keep going.

“Only at the end can you say where you got to. That's the spirit, to keep working and to keep wanting it all.

“It's a going to war thing and 'okay, you're in trouble, I will help you out and be there for you. Whenever you make a mistake, I will be there for you.

“Whenever you're not in the best mood or the best moment, I will be there for you. We have just grown that culture since the beginning, That makes everyone feel better about the guy next to him.

“It makes you feel more confident and like you're unstoppable, because you are all on the same page. I think that is the main goal we have achieved."
