Manchester City are convinced they've found a breakthrough with Brighton for Marc Cucurella.
The Spaniard is City's top left-back target for the summer market, but they've struggled to reach terms with the Seagulls.
The Sun says City have managed to talk down Brighton's original price with a deal now close.
After initially wanting €50m, Brighton have now relented and are willing accept €36m to sell the former Barcelona and Getafe wing-back.
City hope to wrap up the deal in the coming hours.
