Manchester City have announced Gabriel Jesus has suffered medial collateral ligament damage.

The Brazilian striker was in tears as he made his way off during the draw with Crystal Palace.

Gabriel is set to undergo further tests in the coming days to determine the extent of the injury, which could see him ruled out for several months.

Speaking after the clash, Pep Guardiola said: "Hopefully he will be one month, maybe two months he will be out."
