Manchester City reserve-team boss Kenny Jackett has pulled out of the running for the vacant Millwall job.
The former Swansea manager was rumoured to have already been appointed as the Lions boss before the club rubbished reports and stated they will be taking their time on appointing a successor for Willie Donachie.
But now the former Swansea boss has completely ruled himself out of contention following Donachie's departure last week.
Jackett is currently working with the Manchester City first team, while Sven-Goran Eriksson's assistant Hans Backe is absent on compassionate grounds.
