Man City closing on deal for Partizan Belgrade youngster Filip Stevanovic

Manchester City are closing on a deal for Partizan Belgrade youngster Filip Stevanovic.

The Daily Mail says City are on the verge of signing 18-year-old Stevanovic from Partizan Belgrade for a fee in the region of £6million.

The highly-rated winger made his debut for the Serbian side at the age of 16 and has been linked with a host of top European clubs in recent months, including Manchester United.

But Premier League runners-up City seem to have won the race for the Serbia Under-21 international, who will either go out on loan in January or stay with Partizan for the rest of the 2020-21 season.

Stevanovic has made 53 appearances for the Partizan first-team and has scored 12 goals in just under two years in the first-team.
