Manchester City are set to sign Claudio Bravo from Barcelona this week, according to reports.
The Sun is of the belief that Pep Guardiola will land the Chilean goalkeeper for a fee of £14.5million despite Barcelona boss Luis Enrique playing down the rumours.
It is understood that City are closing in on the signature of Bravo, 33, after Barca teed up a deal with Valencia's Diego Alves which will see him become Marc-Andre ter Stegen's back-up at Camp Nou.
Bravo's mooted move to the Etihad Stadium pass the way for England number one Joe Hart to leave the club having been left out of City's opening two matches of the 2016/17 season for Willy Caballero.
Everton are keen on Hart and if Bravo does make his way to Manchester, the 29-year-old can depart City for around £26m.
Guardiola has already acknowledged that Hart, who has been with City since 2006, is unhappy as a second-choice keeper, prompting suggestions the Spaniard could offload him before the end of August.
