Manchester City are being linked with AC Milan striker Keisuke Honda. The Japan international is Serie A's top scorer after a superb start to the season - and struck twice on the weekend in victory at Hellas Verona.
Corriere dello Sport says City have been tracking Honda and are prepared to pay €20 million for the Japanese.
Honda joined Milan on a Bosman last January from CSKA Moscow.
He is due in Australia over the New Year for the Asian Cup.
