Manchester City chief Garry Cook insists no talks are planned with Barcelona over the sale of Robinho.
City are aware of Barcelona's desire to sign the 23-year-old in the New Year transfer window and indeed of Robinho's increasing dissatisfaction with life in Manchester.
But chief executive Cook said: "There are no plans to meet Barcelona to talk about Robinho either now or at any time.
"I think some people are trying to make mischief when they talk about him leaving. We want to talk to him this week but only about getting him fit to play for us again."
