Manchester City captain Ilkay Gundogan has joked about Erling Haaland's hairstyle after victory over Arsenal.

Haaland struck late in the game with his long hair loose - something which is rarely seen.

Gundogan laughed: "His goal was clearly better than his hair.

"I was surprised when his braid unraveled and he ran around with such a mane. It's good that it didn't last long!"

Haaland has 33 goals in 29 appearances for City this season.
