Manchester City are willing to discuss a swap with Inter Milan for Nigel de Jong.

Inter have already entered talks with City over a fee for De Jong.

And Sky Italia says City boss Roberto Mancini is now asking for Andrea Ranocchia to be included by Inter in their offer for the Dutchman.

Ranocchia met with Inter officials yesterday and informed of the situation.
