Manchester City boss Roberto Mancini believes he has adjusted well to life in the Premiership.
Mancini arrived after winning three successive Serie A titles with Inter Milan.
Still there were doubts as he adapted to a different league, language and pace.
Mancini said: "When you change countries it's normal to be faced with a new situation and you must work very hard and win quickly.
"But it's not easy when you arrive in the middle of the season, it's difficult. You must know all the players, you must learn about your club.
"But we've improved in the five months I've been here and now we have the chance to get fourth position."
